Funderpro Return Policy?
The return policy of FunderPro is as follows:
- A refund can be requested if the account has not been activated or any trades have not been placed on it.
- If the account has been used and/or the challenge has been failed, the user is not eligible for a refund.
- To withdraw from the contract, an email must be sent within 14 days and all fees will be refunded in the same way they were paid.
- Funded accounts will receive their fees reimbursed on the successful completion of phases 1 and 2 of their challenge.
- An unlimited time period is offered for completing the funded account challenge, however, if the account is not activated by logging in and placing trades within a 30-day period after signing up, the account will be temporarily suspended.
